Lia Manuel came through with 15 points to propel Mendham to a 42-38 victory over Pingry in Basking Ridge.
Halle Ferrara added 12 points for Mendham (9-2), who trailed by nine points at halftime following a 14-3 run by Pingry in the second quarter.
Mendham would reverse momentum in the second half, using a 15-5
fourth-quarter run to evaporate Pingry’s lead and secure a narrow win on
the road. Sophia Keoskey also played an integral role in the win, chipping
in 10 points.
For Pingry (7-3), Taylor Francis dropped 15 points, while teammate Debra
Hill finished with 12.
